Our story
Agence Bonjour has an inspiring story, its a female founded and female run agency. Indeed, its two co-founders, Carolyn and Yulia, possess extensive experience in event planning and hostess services in France and the United Kingdom.
Initially, Yulia worked as a booker at a hostess agency in Cannes, while Carolyn launched her first agency in the UK to meet the growing demand in the event industry. In 2015, they met on Facebook, and two years later, in 2017, they officially founded Agence Bonjour in France. Their first project? A Gymshark pop-up store in Paris — a promising start.
Today, Agence bonjour is experiencing rapid growth. For example, we collaborate with prestigious brands such as Dior, AWS, Visa, NBA, and L’Oréal. Moreover, we stay ahead of trends by supporting “next generation” brands like Sol de Janeiro, Air Up, Uber, and Twitch. We believe the best is yet to come!

Yulia
Cofounder & Director
Yulia has over 15 years of experience in event hospitality in France. Today, she is the director and co-founder of our host and hostess agency. She applies this experience to ensure the smooth operation of the agency and support of her team on a daily basis. Her goal is to provide exceptional client service, manage teams efficiently, and guarantee the success of every event.
Pauline
Staffing manager
Pauline is our staffing manager, specializing in the event industry for over 10 years. Within our host and hostess agency, she recruits teams for major events in the French Riviera and Paris, such as the Cannes Film Festival, GP Explorer, Cannes Lions, TwitchCon Paris, and NBA Paris Games. With her strong organizational skills and extensive experience, she always finds the perfect solution for your projects.
Vanessa
Client account manager
Vanessa handles client relations from the very first contact, quickly prepares quotes in less than two hours, and provides detailed follow-up before, during, and after each event. Her main goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Her priority is to make sure clients return and continue to choose our hostess agency for their future events.
Carolyn

Carolyn is the founder and director of three hostess agencies in the UK and France. She has experience in VIP hospitality and event management, working with international exhibitors at trade shows. With numerous contacts and partners worldwide, she is committed to excellence, success, and ensuring her clients’ satisfaction.
Shannon
Operations manager
Shannon is a dedicated operations manager, overseeing the management of our hostess agency. She manages our international clients and projects, playing a key role in connecting our offices in London, Cannes, and Paris. Additionally, she supervises international projects involving multiple partners in Germany, Italy, Spain, the United States, China, and beyond.
Charly
International Staffing Manager
Charly is our international staffing manager, responsible for recruiting hosts and hostesses for all our campaigns in the UK and internationally. She has over 10 years of experience as a professional hostess and event manager. Charly has recruited teams for prestigious campaigns for brands such as Nike, Adidas, ESN, Spotify, Netflix, LEGO, and more.
Tupac
Happiness Manager & Pawsistant
At just 3 years old, this playful Shiba Inu quickly took on the prestigious role of Happiness Manager and Pawsistant alongside Yulia. His expertise? Brightening everyone’s day with a wagging tail and a contagious smile. Tupac takes his role very seriously—whether offering moral support during meetings or sneaking in for cuddles during brainstorming sessions.
Pierre
Accountant & Payroll Manager
Pierre is our accountant and payroll manager. He handles the administrative and financial management of our host and hostess agency, ensuring accuracy and compliance. His expertise facilitates the management of contracts, salaries, and declarations, thereby contributing to the smooth daily operation of the agency.
