Our story

Agence Bonjour is also the story of its two co-founders, Carolyn and Yulia. Both have extensive experience of working on the ground in France, in the UK and internationally.

While Yulia joined a local agency in Cannes to work as a booker, Carolyn opened her first event staffing agency in the UK in response to the growth of the events and commercial sectors.

Carolyn saw an opportunity to expand into the French market with the many international events taking place there. Meanwhile Yulia, who has become a freelancer and gained valuable experience as an event coordinator, were looking for new opportunities.

They connected by chance on Facebook in 2015 and realised that they had an opportunity to work together.

A few years later, in 2017, the agency officially opened and organised a Gymshark pop-up store in Paris as their first event staffing campaign. What a great start!

Today, Agence Bonjour is a dynamic and growing company, which counts among its partners some of the most prestigious and well-known French and international companies: DIOR, Google, VISA, Bourjois…

Agence Bonjour follows current trends and also accompanies “next gen” and innovative brands such as Zapp, Freshworks, Vans, Tails.com … and the best is yet to come!

Managing Director / Cofounder

Yulia has been working for over 10 years in the event industry in France. She specialises in managing staff teams for sponsors at major sporting events: French and Monaco Grand Prix, F1 and Formula E-Prix in Paris, Roland Garros, UEFA Europa League finals, Voiles de Saint-Tropez, Women’s Football World Cup, etc. She has also supported the Gymshark global team across Europe and worked at the Monaco and Cannes boat shows with large elite hospitality teams.



President / Cofounder

Carolyn is the owner and director of three event staffing, hostess and promotional agencies in the UK and France. She has worked in VIP hospitality for international exhibitors at trade shows, as well as complex recruitment campaigns for clients such as Gymshark and Adidas. She is well connected and has international partners all over the world. She strives for perfection, success and customer service satisfaction.



Event staff recruitment officer

Pauline is currently doing a work-study programme as a recruitment officer. She has been working in the event industry for 4 years now and has been able to participate in some of the most important events on the French Riviera, such as the Cannes Film Festival and several seasons at the Allianz Riviera Stadium in Nice. She puts her organisational and interpersonal skills at your service, always striving to find the right solution. Pauline has recruited brand ambassadors for the Cannes Lions, Amazon, Ferrari, Tommy Hilfiger…



Project manager

Passionate about the world of events, Vincent first participated in the promotion and organisation of French and international sporting events such as the 2019 Women’s Football World Cup, the International Extreme Sports Festival (FISE) and the Toulouse Blagnac half-marathon. He then developed his skills by joining an agency specialising in the hospitality and logistics organisation for large scale sporting events. 



Project Manager

With over 15 years of experience in various staffing and event agencies in Paris and South of France, Vanessa oversees staff teams’ recruitment and management. She has managed 150+ staff teams for FIFA, Roland Garros and various sporting events at Stade de France, as well as hospitality teams at main Parisian airports with a logistics organisation for arrivals between different terminals. 



PR and marketing officer

After 6 months in the United States, 3 months in Spain and a course entirely in English, Iléa has just joined our team as a communications officer. Her position as a ground handler at the airport provides her with a solid knowledge of international customer relations and conflict resolution. As a student in international marketing, Iléa is in charge of communication, social networks and the creation of the agency’s content. Her adaptability and perseverance highlight our teams and your projects.
