Tommy Hilfiger brand activation at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann in Paris
Since 1985, the American brand Tommy Hilfiger has been selling a wide range of clothing, shoes and fashion accessories throughout the world.
The internationally renowned brand, inspired by pop culture and classic American cool style, has been present for many years in the prestigious and unmissable Galeries Lafayette shop.
Within the Parisian Galeries Lafayettes and taking advantage of the Christmas fervour each year, Tommy Hilfiger has a pop-up store for several weeks in which the brand instals a photobooth animation and highlights elements of its new collection.
In order to welcome visitors to the promotional space in good conditions and to ensure the animation of the photobooth, the clothing brand decided to call on the expertise and services of the Bonjour Agency.
After a first successful collaboration, Tommy Hilfiger renewed its trust in our agency for a second edition.

The team responsible for recruiting this assignment devoted its efforts to choosing profiles that perfectly met the client’s initial requirements.
As well as selecting brand ambassadors who were thorough, organised, welcoming and multilingual, the agency also felt it was important that the skills of its staff should not be limited to simple reception or animation.
Thus, the selected staff also possessed commercial skills that were useful in attracting more visitors to the pop-up store and, above all, benefiting the brand by recording more sales of the products on display than expected.
Acting autonomously in the pop-up store, our brand ambassadors once again showed that they are capable of taking on projects in which we grant them a great deal of trust and autonomy for several weeks.
Despite the occasional unforeseen events or the surprise arrival of influencers, they always found the right solution and provided a warm individual welcome with a smile.
