For the inaugural edition of the NBA Paris Games, the organizing team was seeking a reliable agency of hosts and hostesses based in Paris. They desired close and lasting collaboration. Additionally, they required in-depth expertise to manage a complex organization. Finally, personalized support was essential to define their staffing needs for this large-scale event.

Agence Bonjour was selected by the production agency working for the National Basketball Association. Our expertise in recruiting hosts and hostesses for sports events in France was a decisive factor in their choice. We recruited hosts and hostesses to ensure welcoming, assistance, and management across various areas of the event. Our goal was to work closely with them to guarantee an experience perfectly tailored to the expectations of both the production agency and the final client, NBA. We also contributed to defining the most relevant job profiles based on the planned activities.

The site featured several spaces and activities, requiring a team of versatile, bilingual hosts and hostesses in English. These diverse skills and flexibility posed a real challenge but were crucial to ensuring quality service during this major sporting event in Paris.

The project with the production agency and NBA was launched three months before NBA Paris Game. We provided our expertise in recruiting hosts and hostesses in Paris from the very beginning.

We assisted in defining the number of hosts and hostesses needed for the NBA House at Le Carreau du Temple. In total, over 30 people were recruited. We then determined the specific roles based on the different areas: orientation, reception, badge scanning, basketball court activities, queue management, VIP reception, etc.

In 2025, NBA’s presence in Paris expanded to more venues and key events. Our hosts and hostesses were present at the Accor Arena during the two exceptional NBA games between the San Antonio Spurs and the Indiana Pacers.

Additionally, our bilingual hosts and hostesses managed VIP reception at Quai Branly during a VIP dinner with prestigious NBA guests, including players from the San Antonio Spurs and the Indiana Pacers.

Finally, an event team leader, recruited by us, was always on site to ensure the smooth running of the event, oversee the onboarding of our hosts and hostesses, manage breaks, and assist with coordination with the production agency.

In conclusion, the NBA House event attracted a large audience and was a great success. The organizers of NBA Paris Game praised the quality of the reception. Our team of hosts and hostesses in Paris was particularly noted.

The 2024 and 2025 editions of NBA Paris Games were highly successful. NBA continues to write its history in Paris: two official games are scheduled for 2027 and 2028, accompanied by a full week dedicated to basketball and its values.
